We are a women's non auditioned choir. We sing across a wide range of genres from light Classical through to pop and rock. We sing in 3-4 parts, and while working hard on our developing sound, we like to have fun!

It was founded more than 30 years ago with David Wordsworth as its Musical Director from 1995 to 2023. Our current Classical Musical Director is Matthew Thomas Morgan, and our current jazz Musical Director is Jill Jarman. The group comprises two Classical choirs – an auditioned Chamber Choir and a much larger non-auditioned Oratorio Choir; and two jazz choirs – an auditioned mixed Jazz Ensemble and a larger non-auditioned all-female Jazz Choir. It also offers two different singing classes to meet the needs of beginners, intermediate and the more experienced singer. The Addison Singers normally operate on three 10-week terms (the same as the schools) with a concert or recital at the end of each term. We rehearse once a week. Our repertoire is mainly Classical a cappella but we have participated in arena concerts with Andrea Bocelli, Chess in concert, I Love Musicals, Zelda, Morricone and others. In 2016 we won the Cork Int Choral competition.

The vocal section of the Goldberg Ensemble, consisting of about 22 singers coming from various established choirs in Malta, brings together choral enthusiasts to perform primarily baroque choral music in a more exhaustive manner. The musicians too are distinguished performers in their own right who tour Europe extensively, and who are versatile on both modern and baroque instruments.
