We rehearse Monday evenings from 7:30 to 9:30. This is an auditioned group with considerable musical and choral experience, one that aspires to a higher standard of performance. Our members include amateur and professional musicians, choir directors and music educators. Prospective members may audition from time to time as positions come open. Contact The choir if you have an interest in joining.
We perform mostly a cappella pieces, but many of our concerts include accompaniment by members of The Nanaimo Chamber Orchestra and organ. ink" href="javascript:void(0);" onclick="$(this).getParent().getPrevious().style.display='';$(this).getParent().style.display='none';">less

The roses bloom in The month of May,
But my soul's full of gloom suffering in love.
The nightingales sing and are sighing in love,
The passion will kill me, multiply my pain.
Come faster, oh dove, come faster to me,
Come faster, my soul, because I shall die.
