The song 'Moon River' originally made famous in the film 'Breakfast at Tiffany's with Audrey Hepburn. The soloists in this song are Andrea Hope and Alan Beattie. Inclusive is the word which probably best describes Open Arts Community Choir. It features people with disabilites and those without, from every section of the community in Northern Ireland. The age range is extensive, from seventeen to over seventy but most importantly members are united by their love of Singing. Join Ben every other Monday at 11am GMT to learn and Sing along with folk favourites, from sea shanties to traditional folk songs from around the world, there is something for everyone. We learn a new piece each session and Sing along with old favourites.

We put on two "shows" each ...  moreThis fun-loving group of women enJoys Singing together, not just for the performance factor, but also for the pure Joy of Singing together. We have about 25 members currently, but we are gaining new members each year. We put on two "shows" each year to raise funds that benefit the chorus as a whole. We also perform throughout the year at various venues - retirement communities, nurSing homes, churches, banquets, and other events.  

Every phrase feels like a heart standing before God and acknowledging that grace has been real, present, and faithful. It is thanksgiving as testimony, worship as memory, Joy born from reflection.
