Reading A440 Choir presents choral music with the added dimension of multi-media Storytelling and the incorporation of non-choral arts supplementing our music in our performances. We also like to enter competitions.

Since 2009, it has been gladding the ceremonies of parishes nearby, mainly thanks to new musical equipment and Stabler rehearsals and organisation. The moSt unique thing about this choir is its Style: apart from being always varied, it offers a joyous, rhythmical, alternative and new way of celebrating Mass, joining pop and rock with religious themes.

The choir performs regularly in Glasgow and central Scotland, and has toured to France, Holland and Sweden, where it has formed links with other choirs. Recent BBC radio engagements have included William Walton’s Henry V Suite with the BBC Scottish Symphony OrcheStra, Sunday Worship live and Bryan Burnett’s ‘Get it On’ show live on BBC Radio Scotland.
