We are directed by the dynamic Scott Inglis-Kidger, a music graduate from Cambridge University and previously a countertenor in the renowned King’s College Choir. Scott selects a fabulous range of music for us to work on and we are incredibly lucky to be supported by a professional orchestra and top professional soloists. All of this, combined with the commitment and enthusiasm of our members, makes for performances which are thrilling for the audience and exhilerating for the singers. We still retain a sense of joy of singing and of friendship and celebrate all our concerts with parties at our local Battersea pub. We do not hold auditions so if you would like to come and join us you are very welcome at any time to try a rehearsal or two and then decide if you would like to join. We are currently very keen to recruit more tenors and basses though all voices are welcome. We...    less

Through unique programming and exceptional musicianship, Quintessence strives to provide the Albuquerque area with multiple opportunities to hear Choral music delivered with professionalism and a dose quirkiness.

We are based in Chicago's western suburbs. ECU performs two major concerts each season with full professional orchestra musicians and pro soloists, and also a mini-concert of our singers in solos and duets with piano. We often appear as featured guest artists with Elmhurst Symphony and in local appearances. Our outstanding volunteer singers come from throughout the Chicago area for a unique musical experience. Our conductor James MacDonald has directed Choirs and orchestras throughout the U.S. and overseas, and teaches conducting and music theory. We rehearse in the Toronto Danforth area. The TCS Children’s Choir mission is to encourage and enrich the musical interests of children in Toronto’s east end by providing a community Choir experience in which they can learn, perform, and develop a life-long appreciation for singing. The Choir provides a supportive environment in which singers can develop their musical abilities by learning and performing Choral classics, music from a variety of cultures, and music that celebrates the heritage of the City of Toronto.  less
