This 30-strong male choir aspires to The celebrated male Choral tradition and delights in exploring its infinite artistic depth. Under The leadership of Meng-Hsien Peng as conductor and artistic director since 2013, The choir has achieved prestige as one of The country’s foremost Choral groups. Throughout its seventeen years of existence, The Müller Chamber Choir has time and time again participated in international Choral events to expand its artistic vision. In 2007, led by maestro Julian Ching-Chun Su, The choir participated in The 23rd Takarazuka International Chamber Chorus Contest in Japan and took home a gold medal in The Folklore category and a silver medal in The Romantic category, placing second in The overall ranking. Alzonne Choir is a group of about 25 singers, mainly French, with some English-speaking members too. Rehearsals Rehearsals take place Wednesday evenings from 20.00 to 22.00 at rue Nerié, Alzonne. In addition we are frequently asked to sing at local events, weddings and celebrations. The Society was started in 1960, under our founder Gerald Brown, and we are still going strong. We are now led by James Gallagher, who has been working with us since 2009. We invite local young soloists and professionals to perform with us. Our repertoire ranges from 16th Century works to those of living composers and covers both major serious and popular works.
