Composé de près de cent choristes issus de Meudon ou de communes voisines, le Chœur de Meudon a pour objectif la diffusion d'œuvres chorales sacrées ou non de toutes époques, du Baroque au XXème siècle, au rythme d'environ deux programmes par an. Le Chœur de Meudon se produit avec des formations orchestrales professionnelles ou amateur tant à Meudon que dans de grands Lieux : églises de La Madeleine, Saint-Louis-en-l'Ile, Saint-Roch, Salle Gaveau, Atrium de Chaville, Cathédrale d'Evry... Phoenix have performed around the world, in the USA, Canada, Holland and Ireland as well as all over Britain in world renowned venues such as the Birmingham Symphony Hall, Royal Albert Hall and The Sage in Gateshead.  

We are a long establised choir joined by our Passion for singing and music. We are made up of people from all walks of life - some trained to sing and others not. The singers of the choir easily cope with different styles of music like classical music, opera music, a musical or popular music, as well as in contemporary compositions. The team appears on stage in full ensemble cast, in smaller ensembles and with singers performing solo, all presenting their vocal artistry. As a result, each concert of the choir Collegium Cantorum is a unique event and a true celebration of choral music.
