The Choir, which started its work with the conductor Gökhan Kalender, is a Women's Choir founded with the belief in the polyphonic talisman of the female voice and its musical universe. It set out to spread the interaction between different languages and cultures by expressing modern Turkish and world melodies with polyphonic music, and to perform on national and international platforms. It carries out both an academic and educational approach to work. FeminAnka, which met its audience at events such as Hacettepe State Conservatory-World Choir Day, Impact Hub Social Entrepreneurs New Year's Market, and Hello New Year Concert, continues to work at the Çankaya Municipality Muammer Sun Music Workshop in Ankara under the umbrella of the Choir Educators Association.  less

Newly formed in 2022, the group is currently comprised of a mixed Choir, a men's Choir, and a Women's Choir. The mixed Choir meets at the Manchester Rugby Club, and the men's and Women's Choirs meet at the Wilmslow Rugby Club. The repertoire consists of a little bit of everything - madrigals, movies, musicals, spirituals, shanties, serious songs, silly songs - everything. Every one of them have learned and recorded ind...  moreThe Junior High Students of the Colegio Sembradores de Amistad in San Luis Potosí, Mexico show us that music is an universal language that brings us together, defeating every obstacle like time and space. Every one of them have learned and recorded individually a part of an original song (Vuela Alto = Fly High). When brought together, this parts sums to a wonderful show of talent and music. This project was made for the graduation prom by students aged between 13 and 15 years old. They show us that the only thing that matters to achieve anything is take the risk and surrender to your dreams. More than a third of them have never sung to an audience before (including Linda, the soloist). The music brings us together, it allows us to raise our voice to the universe and with it "Ni la distancia podrá separarnos" (Not even the distance can take us apart).  less
