This objective is achieved by exposing students to Music of different nationalities and/or cultures and their commitment to recreate a unique tone quality that identifies with the cultural environment of each composition.

We perform at annual shows, community events and competitions, and several members are also in quartets. TuneTown Show Chorus puts a contemporary spin on traditional barbershop singing and has won four Sweet Adelines regional chorus competitions to go on to represent a multi-state region in international contests.

The group was set up to perform exciting vocal material at a variety of events, and to give men and women who love singing, the platform to get involved in a fun and sociable Musical experience. The Voice Of The Town family has now grown and not only do we have our Choirs in Newcastle and Birmingham, but we also have Choirs in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
