Music is the best way to praise and worship God. This is our purpose. This is also the corporate mission of our group. We are committed to praise God and serve people. San Nicolas 2nd Chorale is a community of young people who compose, and perform Filipino and English religious music. While the majority of the singers are undergraduate music majors, membership is open to all students at the University through an audition process. The group has achieved an impressive reputation of excellence, having been chosen each of the last twenty years to perform at conventions or festivals around the country: the Pennsylvania Music Educators State Conference; the Eastern Division Music Educators National Conference; the Music Educators National Convention; the American Choral Directors Association Pennsylvania State Conference, and the ACDA Eastern Division Convention. The choir is renowned on the international stage as well, representing the US at competitions and festivals around the world.
