This choral group comes from the experience of the first months of 2018, with the Project 'Canta amb l'OBC' organized by the L'Auditori of Barcelona, which consisted of a diverse symphonic program with accompaniment of the Barcelona Symphony and Catalonia National Orchestra. It was a lively and intense musical experience that led a good part of the group to continue singing as a symphonic choir, which is how they define themselves. Singing, living together and sharing is the motto of this choral group. The general aim is to acquire the necessary musical experience that allows the group to consolidate itself as a stable chorale and to position itself as one of the leading choirs of the Catalan musical scene. Each winter and summer, Chris Rowbury gathers a random bunch of singers from in and around Ipswich. There are no auditions and all songs are taught and learnt by ear.
