The choir’s work was interrupted for several years during its members’ academic education, as well as during Their participation in different musical projects. The present line-up has been steady since 2006. Their repertoire offers a variety of styles of great difficulty and chromatic richness, and tries to take advantage of The cultural and geographic circumstances which make of The Canary Islands a multicultural Place. A remarkable feature of The group is Their willingness to innovate within The choral music. Their versatility and The variety of repertoire They face can be seen in The different projects They have taken part in: short operas, official or private events, festivals, and monographic concerts on different subjects. We perform to a high standard and have a friendly but hardworking atmosphere. There is no audition but some previous experiece, past or present, and The ability to read music can be very helpful. We rehearse on Tuesday evenings, 7:45pm to 9:45pm, at St Andrew's Community Church, Hall Street, Stockport, SK1 4DU. One of The audience members commented: "That was The most sublimely beautiful concert I can remember ever attending". Bachtrack gave The concert 5 STARS: "Their voices float, soar, and whisper, while creating both an exquisite intimacy and an expansive grandeur, as The text demands...Their scrupulous attention to detail, and immaculate intonation and articulation made this a performance of spine-tingling beauty and conviction."
