Truly an international ensemble, the Choir consists of over 120 members, representing more than 20 different nationalities. We aim to perform to professional standards with internationally known soloists and Orchestras, and have a diverse repertoire that encompasses modern works as well as the best-loved pieces in the classical canon.  less

The Choir performs every Sunday evening in the Roman Catholic cathedral of St. Colman's, a majestic building situated on a hill in the town famed for being the last port of call for the Titanic. The membership of the Choir has grown considerably in the last five years and it now boasts more than 30 voices. The Choir is a previous winner at the world famous Cork Choral Festival and has travelled to Vienna, London and Italy to perform at various events. In 2009 the Choir was honored to be asked to sing in St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican City for the Sunday liturgy. That same year they also performed at Westminster Cathedral. They have been asked back to St. Peter's in July 2013 to perform again. It is often asked to participate in important European events of which the most recent was the enlargement of the EU to 27 member states. The Choir frequently performs with renowned European symphony Orchestras and soloists in Brussels and in many capitals and other cities across Europe.
