The Touring Choir singers and Music Director, Mrs. Jacobs, during a regular weekly rehearsal. These 7th through 12th graders travel the world performing, from Italy to China to Hawaii. They have moved up to the top training level...after starting in beginning levels in the Summit Children's Choir. Thank you to all Touring Choir singers for staying with it and bringing the world something to treasure.

We now h...  moreThe Royal Free Music Society is a choir based at the Royal Free Hospital in North London. The choir was founded in 1999 by staff of the hospital. These days, some of our members are hospital staff whilst others are members of the local community. We now have approximately 45 members in all and come together regularly to enjoy high-quality music-making whilst having fun.

Chorale Bel Canto was founded in 1982 by a group of Whittier College Choir Alumni who wished to continue singing after graduating. Director of Choral Activities Stephen Gothold, himself an alumnus, organized the recruiting efforts and the Chorale made its...  moreChorale Bel Canto was founded in 1982 by a group of Whittier College Choir Alumni who wished to continue singing after graduating. Director of Choral Activities Stephen Gothold, himself an alumnus, organized the recruiting efforts and the Chorale made its debut performance on Saturday, December 4, 1982 at the Whittier Presbyterian Church - a complete performance of Handel’s Messiah. Since then, the Chorale has sung over one hundred thirty concert programs in the Southern California area. The Chorale performed in Japan in 1994 and at the Hollywood Bowl in 1995 as it joined together with 1,000 singers from America and Japan to sing Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony. In 2001, members of the Chorale -- along with Whittier College students, alumni, and members of the Imperial Valley Choral Society -- toured Eastern Europe and performed selections of American hymns, spirituals, and sacred songs.
