The Swingles show, supporting the release of their new album 'Ferris Wheels' features songs by the likes of Nick Drake, Bjork, James Taylor, Joni Mitchell, Stevie Wonder, Sting, and Green Day, and the set also includes their customary covers of Bach and The Beatles with human beatboxing at the heart throughout. The Choir calls the Salt Lake Tabernacle, which houses an organ with 11,000+ pipes, home. The choir has won many awards, including an Emmy and Grammy award, sang for 10 US Presidents, and hosts the longest continual broadcast Music and the Spoken Word (which airs live every Sunday at 9:30am Mountain Standard Time). On October 26, 2020 the Tabernacle Choir was named one of the top 10 choirs in the world by Britain’s CLASSICAL-MUSIC.  less

Mu...  moreThe Middle Community Chorus is a professional-level volunteer choir that sings mostly gospel music, but also music of all genres accompanied by a 4-piece band. It provides the music for Middle Collegiate Church's Art & Soul worship at 6 PM. Music reading is very helpful, but not as important as good intonation and a keen ear for gospel music. The only rehearsals are on Sunday afternoons at 4:30, for the 6:00 PM worship (start date 9/7) so it is essential that singers must be able to work on music outside of rehearsal that will be distributed several days in advance. Middle Collegiate Church is located in the East Village at 2nd Avenue and 7th Street.  less

Along with the UCM Chancel Choir are members from different church choirs and community choirs around Metro Manila with Cantor Rainier Pagcaliwagan, The Festival Orchestra and Joel Aquino, conducting. Our programme varies from stunning ma...  moreHart Voices is a mixed voice choir based in Fleet, Hampshire which achieves a high-standard of singing from a non-auditioned choir. We perform four concerts each year across three terms running from September to July. Our programme varies from stunning major choral works to satisfying chamber music programmes and the occasional light programme of popular numbers! Singers are drawn not only from Fleet and the surrounding area, but also outlying towns including Guildford and Basingstoke. Choir membership is currently around 50 voices, many of whom have sung with the choir for several years. The combined experience and enthusiasm enables us to explore new musical horizons - both in repertoire and venue. We aim to broaden our experience, strive for quality and musicality in our performances and involve young singers wherever possible.
