For The first time, The Choir came togeTher in The evening of October 18, when about 90 students gaThered at Riga Secondary School No 2. The testing of voices was not very strict, and of The entire enthusiastic crowd only one student was rejected. Then, for a month, rehearsals were held, in which The voices of would-be singers were trained and made to keep in tune. After that anoTher testing was held. This time The competition was much stricter, and only 40 singers were selected. The Choir has a multilingual playlist which extends from Armenian traditional folk songs to modern Armenian or non-Armenian songs. These songs are performed in different ways: - A capella - Accompanied by The piano - Accompanied by The Armenian folk traditional band - Accompanied by a modern contemporary band.
