The choir has a reputation for outstanding singing and enthusiastic engagement with its audiences. Its repertoire is wide, ranging from renaissance motets to contemporary choral pieces.  

The Choir of Notre-Dame de Bon Voyage has about 35 members and is the choir of the parish of Cannes, on the French Riviera. The choir s...  moreThe Choir of Notre-Dame de Bon Voyage has about 35 members and is the choir of the parish of Cannes, on the French Riviera. It was founded in 1898 by Albert Frommer, organist, and is now conducted by Stephan Nicolay, Chapel master, since 1999. The choir sings each sunday and on special occasion in the different churches of Cannes. It also sings 4 to 6 concerts a year, sometimes with an orchestra. His repertory covers all the sacred music from gregorian chant to 21st century. Among the last masterworks done in concert with an orchestra are Requiem (Saint-Saens), Stabat Mater (Haydn), Vesperae Solennes de Confessore (Mozart), Gallia (Gounod), etc. New members are welcome.  less
