The Yorkshire based choir is around 40 members strong and has developed a wide repertoire from classical and folk to swing, jazz and songs from the shows. The choir maintains a busy schedule of concerts and competitions both in Huddersfield and further a field.

Acappellago was founded in 2002 by a number of community members seeking a musical challenge. We present a wide variety of music ranging from classical, contemporary, jazz, pop, gospel, spirituals & have given a number of world, US & Chicago premieres.

The Capital Hearings perform a classic vocal jazz piece at the 2012 VoCALNation Friday night showcase. This arrangement by Gene Puerling was made famous by Manhattan Transfer. Enjoy.
