Klein, A. Koerppen, F. Farcas and many others more. Some of the works have been specially composed for HARMONIE Lindenholzhausen. At the same time the choir dedicates itself to oratorioes usually performed together with the female choir “Dzintars” Riga / Latvia. Numerous concert tours and participations in international festivals took the HARMONIE to Austria, the Czech Republic, Egypt, England, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Macedonia, Russia, USA and Wales. In Wales the choir won first prize in the male choir category at the International “Eisteddfod” Llangollen in 1995 and 2007(second prize in 2003). We train together in vocal and Choral skills as part of every session and want to explore our own sound as well as that of our choir's. We have a strong Folk influence and a variety of pieces that keep us challenged and growing. Directed and trained by singing teacher and choir coach Sandra Smith (www.singingandbreathing.co.uk) Throughout the pandemic we kept singing and did a short but very fun Homegrown Harmony project where all singers participated in a small group piece or a solo and recorded it.
