It is made up of James Rose (Founder), Sam Robson, Emily Dankworth, Ben Cox, Martynas Vilpisauskas and Lewis Daniel, all young and talented musicians from the Guildhall School of Music. Performing live on stage around London with guest singers such as Jacqui Dankworth, VIVE brings rich, diverse harmonies with a fresh, contemporary sound, taking inspiration from the legendary Take 6 and the Real Group! Their music is mainly original arrangements and compositions and what's more, the focal point is not just pop, fusion, harmony, jazz, spirituals... but a complete synthesis of all of these. Performing with an ensemble of 10 singers and no conductor, Chicago a cappella is recognized as one of the area’s most accomplished vocal ensembles. Under the direction of artistic director John William Trotter, the group spans a repertoire from Gregorian chant to the Beatles and beyond and is known for its performances of sacred works, vocal jazz and pop, folk and international music, as well as a special focus on music written in the present generation. Since its founding in 1993, the ensemble has introduced dozens of works to Chicago audiences for the first time, including commissioned works by Chen Yi, Stacy Garrop, and Tania León. Our repertoire embraces operatic and lighter music alongside classical choral works, with orchestra, from Bach to Bernstein, and a wide range of a cappella repertoire, which we hAve also toured abroad. Our second CD was released in November 2009. A friendly choir of 60-70 singers, we give four main local concerts a year and enjoy touring. Since 2002, our concert tours hAve included Lake Garda, Venice, Umbria, Tuscany, Kraków, Amiens and Ghent. In the UK we hAve performed at the London Coliseum (2006), Ely Cathedral (2007), the Southbank Centre (2010) and Winchester Cathedral (2011).  less

Established in 1979, Chicago Master Singers (CMS) is an auditioned chorus of 100 volunteer singers from Chicago and suburban communities. The ensemble’s repertoire includes great choral works and new works by living composers. CMS performs unaccompanied, and also collaborates with professional instrumentalists and soloists. The Kinge's Quire was formed in 2008 to sing music from the Renaissance, as well as modern anthems and motets in the English choral tradition. The group is dedicated to offering opportunity for young singers to sing advanced choral literature.

Todos, con distintos perfiles y edades, unidos por la pasión hacia la música y el canto coral.
