En l'an de grâce 880, au lieu dit Montserrat en Espagne, à la tombée de la nuit, des bergers virent descendre du ciel une puissante lumière… C'est la lumière solaire qui donne vie au vitrail avec ses variations d'intensité du lever au coucher du soleil. Le verre quant à lui a été : obsidienne, verre volcanique naturel ; tectite ou fragment de roche fondu et expulsé en dehors du cratère lors de l'impact d'une météorite ; fulgurite enfin ou " pierre de foudre " produit par les impacts de foudre sur une roche...    less

All the people prostrate in silence and then the last verse plus three alleluyas is sung. "Now the powers of heaven invisibly worship with us For behold, the King of Glory doth enter. Behold the mystical sacrifice is escorted in. Let us with faith and longing draw near and become partakers of life everlasting. Alleluya."
