We strive to create a musically inspiring, spiritually stirring experience for our patrons. From historically informed performance of early music to meticulously prepared classical works to the most exciting current sacred compositions, Te Deum presents beautiful music in stunning settings. Te Deum was founded by Matthew Christopher Shepard in 2008 to fulfill an expressed need by both Singers and audiences in the Kansas City area to present sacred choral music concerts of the highest quality. The Te Deum Chamber Choir performed its first concert in spring 2009. Since then, the Chamber Choir has built an impressive and varied repertoire that spans centuries of time and wide ranges of composition style. With a membership of around 140 singing a wide range of music, from big choral works to more modern pieces, both classical, secular and popular, SingSoc welcomes people with a wide range of experience who just want to sing, whether student or not.

We like to perform in and around our community. We perform almost anywhere, including parties, business meetings, churches, and theaters. We have been regular performers at the Muckenthaler Cultural Center in Fullerton and at Disneyland for several years. We offer quality family entertainment for most budgets.  less

Entre los estrenos realizados por el co...  moreEn agosto de 1995 surge el Coro de Cámara Zahir creado por su actual director Diego Boero con el objetivo principal de estrenar y promover la difusión del repertorio coral de compositores argentinos contemporáneos. Entre los estrenos realizados por el coro, se destacan: Kyrie de Andrés Milá Prats y Ave María de Juan Guerra, presentadas en el Salón Dorado del Teatro Colón de Buenos Aires, durante 2003, año en el que también se estrena el Kyrie de Gastón Sznajderhaus. En 2005, el coro realiza la primera presentación de la obra en tres movimientos para coro y orquesta El jardín y el pantano del compositor Juan Carlos Figueiras, en el marco del ciclo Grandes Conciertos que tuvo lugar en el auditorio de la Facultad de Derecho de la UBA. El 24 de abril de 2007, el coro estrena, en la Catedral de Buenos Aires, el Stabat Mater de Gustavo Fedel para coro y conjunto de cámara, cuya interpretación ha sido grabada en estudio y editada durante ese mismo año.
