En la...  moreLa Escolanía María Auxiliadora (EMA) es un coro de voces blancas que nace en 1997 en el Colegio María Auxiliadora (Salesianas) de Cádiz por iniciativa de Antonio Hernández Asencio, profesor de música del centro y director musical desde su fundación. En la actualidad sus componentes vienen desde distintos centros escolares, institutos y facultades. En sus ya 18 años de historia la EMA ha participado en multitud de concursos, encuentros y congresos con coros de todo el mundo y ha sido invitada a colaborar en galas y proyectos benéficos. Tuvieron especial relevancia los encuentros nacionales en Guadix (Granada), Toledo, Oviedo y Murcia, así como los congresos internacionales en Granada, Estocolmo, Roma y París. En julio de 2012 realizó una intensa gira de siete conciertos en la región de Aveyron (Francia), en abril de 2013 fue invitada al I Festival Internacional de Coros en Casablanca (Marruecos) y en 2014 al Festival Internacional de Canto Coral en Tánger. The Academic Choir of Gdańsk University of Technology performed at The Second Gala Concert of The 16th edition of The festival. The Concert was held in The Adam Mickiewicz University Aula, known for its excellent acoustics. The Choir performed among distinguished performers such as The Academic Choir of Warsaw University, The Academic Choir of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, The Choir of Mahidol University from Thailand, and The percussion duo of Piotr and Bartłomiej Sutt.  less
