The Ensemble specialises in the restoration and performance of neglected choral masterpieces of the 16th and 17th centuries. Magnificat ranges in size from four to forty voices and performs a wide range of music, both a capella and with Ensembles of period instruments. Since then, the ACS has established itself as a formidable presence in the Philippine musical landscape. Their unique specialization in sacred choral music has opened a richly eclectic mix of European, American and Asian choral literature that spans medieval to postmodern periods, traditional to contemporary styles, complex art music to highly-textured indigenous music, and moving sprituals to psalmody hewn out of traditional Asian musics. We compete in our local music festivals and have sung on stage with Blake. We are a very democratic, mutually supportive group of women ranging in age from 10 to 70!

Afterwards, simmer the audience at low heat for five minutes and finally – depending on the favored intensity – let it rise by 200 degrees for about half an hour up to 1, 5 hours. The result will satisfy every single taste and linger on for a very long time. A feast for both eyes and ears, looking for peers. This displays the recipe forming the basis of an evening with the str8voices from Hanover. Immense a cappella- energy out of 8 young throats, interpreting songs such as “run run run” by the Real Group in a quite own and individual way. Apart from that, str8voices’ wide repertoire consists of own songs and arrangements.
