The Forest City Fire a cappella chorus aims to sing interesting and challenging music with a high level of precision and expertise. It is our belief that a cappella singing can be enjoyed by people from all ages and all walks of life.

Formed in November 2005, The choir has performed around England, Wales, parts of France and Germany. Members of The choir also run a training choir to train oTher choirs to perform Gospel music. Members of The choir also run a training choir to train oTher choirs to perform Gospel music. The small training choir is able to travel anywhere. To date They have travelled to Cornwall, Devon, Derbyshire, Wales, France and Germany. The whole choir is mixed, with approximately 50 singers and performs around 30 times a year. Open to beginners or those wishing to improve Their technique with industry professionals from The UK. Over 12 weeks students will follow a curriculum tailored to helping each student develop at Their own speed in all three areas of The artform. In Singing students will leave voice techniques, explore ensemble singing and perform a variety of repertoire. In acting students will learn how to develop character in scenes and songs, explore The physical journey of a character, improve stage presence and text analysis. In dance students will look at a variety of jazz techniques core to musical Theatre dance as well as perform several musical Theatre routines. We are a group of around 60 men based in Hampshire/Surrey in UK and who love to sing. We aim principally to entertain our audiences and ourselves, to raise money for local charities and to have fun doing it.

Every one of Them have learned and recorded ind...  moreThe Junior High Students of The Colegio Sembradores de Amistad in San Luis Potosí, Mexico show us that music is an universal language that brings us togeTher, defeating every obstacle like time and space. Every one of Them have learned and recorded individually a part of an original song (Vuela Alto = Fly High). When brought togeTher, this parts sums to a wonderful show of talent and music. This project was made for The graduation prom by students aged between 13 and 15 years old. They show us that The only thing that matters to achieve anything is take The risk and surrender to your dreams. More than a third of Them have never sung to an audience before (including Linda, The soloist). The music brings us togeTher, it allows us to raise our voice to The universe and with it "Ni la distancia podrá separarnos" (Not even The distance can take us apart).  less

I Numeri Primi sono la conseguenza naturale di un' esigenza ormai matura de i giovani salernitani di lavorare in un contesto finalmente solido e professionale, dove sviluppare il proprio talento al servizio della musica e più in particolare della musica a cappella. Un impegno notevole, una grande serietà nello studio e una dedizione certosina caratterizzano l' Orchestra vocale Numeri Primi sia durante il lavoro nelle prove d' insieme e/o di corda, che in quello individuale a casa.  less
