We are a community choir taught mostly by ear. We do provide music for those who want it, but you are not required to audition or read music. All are welcome. We do a fun variety of World music, pop classics, and whatever else we feel like. In The World Choir Championships which was held in Graz, Austria between 10th-17th July 2011, Boğaziçi Jazz Choir became The 'World CHAMPIon' in Contemporary Music and Folklore categories, and got The 'second prize' in Mixed Choirs category.
