The Choir has a wide-ranging repertoire – from traditional sacred Music to modern, contemporary compositions, popular arrangements and Music from around the world. They perform regular concerts in London and the South East, as well as touring each year, with recent trips including Italy, Slovenia, Croatia and Greece. In 2025 the Choir celebrated their 10th Birthday year, and the 25th anniversary of the founding of Northern Spirit Singers. Rehearsing monthly in central London, Southern Spirit Singers aim to perform the very highest standards of choral Music in a relaxed and fun environment. Our aspiration is to take township choral singing to higher a level. We are also aiming at focusing more on choral projects and concerts than competitions so that our singers enjoy singing and get compensated for engaging in the Choir. Choir members are taught Theory and History of Music for free.  

We are a community of people who love to sing. There is a variety of ages and ability levels. Our goals are learning a variety of repertoire and connecting through Music and singing together.

This mixed-voice choral ensemble varies in size d...  moreOrganized under the direction of Dr. Brady Allred in 2010, the Salt Lake Vocal Artists has become the first professional-level touring and recording Choir within the Salt Lake Choral Artists organization. This mixed-voice choral ensemble varies in size depending on the project from 16 to 40 auditioned singers and performs a diverse repertoire ranging from the Renaissance to the 21st Century. In its premiere season, the SL Vocal Artists were honored with an invitation to participate in the 42nd Tolosa Choral Contest in October 2010. After a successful concert tour of the Basque region of Spain, the SLVA competed against renowned Choirs from all over the world and were awarded First Prize in all four categories they entered, as well as the special Audience Prize. To conclude only its second season, the SL Vocal Artists were one of only 25 Choirs and the only American Choir to perform at the World Choral Symposium in Argentina following a two week concert tour of the country in July and August.
