Koro ilk konser turnesini 2013 yılının Haziran ayında Perugia Üniversitesi ile Perugia ve Assisi şehirlerindeki konserleri ile İtalya’ya yaptı. 2013 Nisan’nında Antalya Uluslararası Koro Yarışmalarında uluslararası jüriden “Kültürlerarası İletişim Ödülü”nü aldı. C6 is an auditioned acappella group comprised of singers from Chicagoland Voices. When originally formed, C6 had 6 singers. However, we have fluctuated from 5 - 7 over the last few years.

The Choir's size allows it to concentrate on performing the larger major choral works to great effect. The Choir has also been invited to collaborate with the Philharmonia Chorus and the BBC National Chorus of Wales on many occasions in recent years to tackle some of the choral pieces requiring even greater choral forces such as Mahler's Eighth Symphony, Janacek's Glagolitic Mass, the Dvorak Stabat Mater and La Damnation de Faust by Berlioz. We are directed by the dynamic Scott Inglis-Kidger, a music graduate from Cambridge University and previously a countertenor in the renowned King’s College Choir. Scott selects a fabulous range of music for us to work on and we are incredibly lucky to be supported by a professional orchestra and top professional soloists. All of this, combined with the commitment and enthusiasm of our members, makes for performances which are thrilling for the audience and exhilerating for the singers. We still retain a sense of joy of singing and of friendship and celebrate all our concerts with parties at our local Battersea pub. We do not hold auditions so if you would like to come and join us you are very welcome at any time to try a rehearsal or two and then decide if you would like to join.
