We sing in the a cappella style from a diverse repertoire of easily accessible music. We provide learning tracks for all our Songs so you don’t need to able to read music to sing with Voice Weavers. Voice Weavers has open rehearsals on Thursday nights from 6:30pm QLD time at Tweed Heads Civic and Cultural Centre, cnr Wharf and Brett Sts Tweed Heads. Musical director, arranger and conductor: Tzvi Sherf The repertoire: a-cappella and accompanied arrangements of Israeli and non Israeli popular Songs, jazz standards, gospel & spirituals, and Jewish and international Folklore. During its 25 years of activity, the ensemble has won several first prizes in choral competitions in Israel and Europe, performed in many musical festivals and events, as well as TV shows and radio programs. The ensemble collaborated with top Israeli musicians such as Yoni Rechter, Alon Olearchik and many more. Coral Ensemble has released 3 albums: Coral Ensemble (1994), Troubdour (2010), At This Time (2017), and a recording of Tzvi Sherf's composition, based on 6 Hasidic Nigunim – Kachomer Beyad Hayotzer (As the Clay in the Potter's hand) (2019).  less

We receive children...  moreOctava Children Choir was founded in 2009 as a part of St. Anthony of Padua Elementary School, located in BSD Serpong, South Tangerang. This is a group of kids who study in the school and as an extracurricular program for the children. We receive children from the 3rd till 6th grades. The choir is conducted by Fanny Kristianus Kalensang and till now is the one who is in charge of all OCC's activities.

We are a mixed voice choir singing a variety of musical styles including classical, pop, musicals, sacred and Scottish Songs. Members' ages range from teenagers to octogenarians. To date we have recorded over 30 albums and raised over £1.5 million for charity.
