Directed for more than ten years by Michael Bawtree, its repertoire spans the Renaissance to the present day and has included the Scottish premieres of works by James Whitbourn, Hans Gál, Jan Dismas Zelenka, Richard Bush and Judith Bingham. The Choir performs regularly in Glasgow and central Scotland, and has toured to France, Holland and Sweden, where it has formed links with other Choirs. Recent BBC radio engagements have included William Walton’s Henry V Suite with the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, Sunday Worship live and Bryan Burnett’s ‘Get it On’ show live on BBC Radio Scotland. Since then we have recorded with everyone from CHER to Pink and have appeared in commercials, movies and television shows (including Modern Family, ‘I Think You Should Leave’, Ellen, Jimmy Kimmel, The Tonight Show, Jennifer Hudson, etc.). We sang on the #1 song of the year for 2012 (We Are Young by Fun) which has been seen on YouTube over 1 Billion times. Last year we were asked to sing with Eurovision runner up Eden Golan on her song ‘Older” dealing with a child’s view of war.  less
