We perform every eight weeks and know you're busy, so sign up for the performance cycles that best fit your schedule. We welcome singers of all ability levels, so whether you only sing in your car or have a music degree, you'll be right at home. Because after a beer, we're all better singers.

In the repertoire of Choir there are works of different styles from Renaissance to modern Aleatory . Folk and sacred music has an important place too . İnci Tığlı Ayağ. Since its foundation, Alegria Chamber Choir has been performing under the guidance of conductor İnci Tığlı Ayağ and assistant conductor Gözde Saatçioğlu. Between 2002 and 2008, Alegria Chamber Choir performed under the scope of Ankara Çoksesli Müzik Derneği (Ankara Polyphonic Music Association), a prestigious association which was founded in 1974. Since 2008, the Choir has been extending his repertoire and performing fully independently as a non-profit and non-governmental organization. The purpose of Alegria is to introduce to large audiences the world’s Choir repertoire from different periods and regions. The Choir's size changes as per the musical requirements of the specific project being undertaken. As with all our ensembles, Tamariki provides a secure and accepting social environment where all singers feel their importance as members of the group. It was the official Choir of the Masaryk University in Brno between 1999 and 2003. Since then it has continued as a civic association. In 2003 Štěpán Policer took up the artistic leadership of Gaudeamus, since 2007 Dáša Karasová has been leading the Choir.
