Thank yous also go to everyone who shared and commented on our songs – a staggering 41.5k people watched our videos over our social media, simply because you shared with your friends and communities! Thank you for taking the time to do that. It’s a wonderful feeling to share our songs and our charities to a wider audience and to know that you’ve enjoyed listening. In many ways, the Homegrown Harmony project has brought us closer as a choir and more in touch with our local communities. The choir currently has around 30 members, with Martin Weston as musical director. The choir's repertoire is wide and varied, with many songs taken from shows and films. We also sing sacred, gospel, jazz, pop and world music, with the odd novelty number thrown in! We perform at many events in Lancashire and Merseyside, including two main concerts each year at Rainford Parish Hall, plus charity events and private functions.  less

Each winter and summer, Chris Rowbury gathers a random bunch of singers from in and around Ipswich. There are no auditions and all songs are taught and learnt by ear. Usually eight songs are learnt in six two-hour sessions and in the winter are performed at St. Peters by the Waterfront, Ipswich. http://chrisrowbury.com
