It involves members who are committed to spread the Gospel through Music. THe Choir, since its inception, has taken part in choral concerts, Missionary anniversaries etc. It is considered one of the best Choirs in the ARS church. The motto of the Choir is Redefining Music. and the Slogan God is our Protocol.

Very high unpretentious Music, the Choir was created to provide coverage to the need to sing and further training of a group of friends singing around the figure of his teacher. The time spent on the trials is very low in comparison to a standard chorus but over the years has drawn new members, has taken on challenges in terms of repertoire, has been federated, offers concerts by the municipalities of Biscay, and share their work in exchanges with other Choirs in and out of Euskadi. Since the beginning of his career have enjoyed the cooperation of Garbiñe Abendaño as a teacher of vocal technique.  less

It has 170 singing members in soprano, alto, tenor and bass sections. Presenting classical choral Music of a professional standard in Yorkshire and elsewhere in Britain, including at the BBC Proms and Manchester Arena, the Chorus is broadcast regularly on BBC Radio 3. The Leeds Festival Chorus was first formed in 1858 (the year Queen Victoria opened the Leeds Town Hall) to sing at the first Leeds Musical Festival, and was reformed for each succeeding one. The Chorus became independent in 1985. It celebrated its 150th anniversary in 2008 with a performance of a specially-commissioned work by Judith Bingham - a world premiere. Musica is an un-auditioned, community Choir. We sing everything from Schubert to Gospel. We love to challenge ourselves and try new things. We come together every week because we LOVE to make Music together and we love the way singing makes us feel :)
