It was officially inaugurated in September 2011 and was widely attended by thousands of Choral music lovers across the country. The group has performed at numerous high profile functions like the international leadership awards night (tuzoya oungozi), national peace makers rally at the national theater among others. The group also embarked on a nationwide peace campaign tour which was dubbed "11.11.12 - Sing Ghana 4 peace". The choir is noted for music evangelism and charity projects in Ghana. Winners of 10 Gold Medals (incl 3 World Champion Titles) at the World Choir Games 2000-2012. Its goal is to provide a quality opportunity for Choral singers to learn or improve their craft. The chorus sings a wide variety of music, including classical, spiritual, folk, Broadway and old standards. The group presents two concerts each year – at Christmas, and in the Spring. It has performed with the Temecula Vintage Singers, and for the Temecula Arts in the Country festival, as well as many local appearances for deserving organizations. The chorus rehearses and performs in the Temecula area. The chorus is one of the Resident Companies performing at the Old Town Temecula Community Theater. All women are welcome, who can carry a tune and love to sing. The chorus is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with Tax ID: 20-1694150.  less

Video courtesy of Steve Blowers. The members of Bournemouth Male Voice met at central Bournemouth and took a coach off into the depths of Dorset to give a Concert at Tyneham Church. It was an amazing evening – the church absolutely stuffed to capacity the choir uber-vibrant and full of good music. An historic event 70 years on (to the week) from the evacuation of Tyneham and the occasion, the poetry and music stirred up many differing feelings; laughter, poignancy and nostalgia chief amongst them. A privilege to take part in the event – thanks to Lt Col Ken Davies for his perfect organisation of the event – the phrase military precision comes to mind!  less
