Victor Hugo's heart-wrenching 1847 poem describes a walk he plans to take tomorrow morning ("Demain, dès l'aube") through the countryside to his daughter Léopoldine's grave four years after her tragic death in a boating accident, which also took the life of her husband Charles who had tried to save her. Since its inception, the Paros Chamber Choir has participated in several international competitions and has truly become a lighthouse or beacon (Paros translated in Armenian) for The Armenian Nation. Past audiences find themselves inspired and overjoyed with the sounds of the Paros Chamber Choir. Despite the fact that most of the Choir's members have a disability and sing from a seated position, working with Maestro Raffi Mikaelian, the group has developed into a world-class Chamber Choir. Vox Camerata, has, since its inception, organized and participated in numerous performances. Its maiden recital was held in November 2004 at the function room of the Kg. Ubi Community Center. Since then, Vox has gone one to bring its annual Musica Intimœ series of concerts to the Legends@Fort Canning, as well as the Esplanade Recital Studio. Apart from regular recitals, Vox Camerata also performs in various collaborations with other organizations, as well as guest performs in various events. Vox Camerata has previously collaborated with St. Margaret's Secondary School in the Musical 'Anne of Green Gables' which was performed at the University Cultural Centre.
