The choir displays artistic excellence through detailed attention to the major aspects of performance including the Ensemble, singing, choreography, among others. We encourage choral singing for all ages and abilities, including those who have never sung in choirs before as well as very experienced Singers. We perform a wide range of music throughout the year and we're committed to contributing to the cultural life of our area. There is no need to audition, just to love singing! Musical genres performed by the chorus include Baroque, Classical, Romantic, 20th Century, 21st Century, spirituals, pop, rock, R&B, and jazz. Singing everything from religious works to jazz, Jubilate has enjoyed a 15-year run of exciting, fun-filled, wide-ranging performances while, at the same time, working with community members and local schools to bring choral music to all those who enjoy it so much.  

Many are the ways of the Lord. And Man cannot fully understand or comprehend them. But that doesn’t mean we should lose faith in the Almighty. He always comes through ❤️

We perform for many organizations in and around the Western Pennsylvania area. Anyone wishing to sing is welcome and invited to come to a rehearsal prior to committing to the group. No auditions are necessary. We also sing in a yearly competition called Saengerfest held in June each year. Members chorus' are: Altoona, Williamsport, Reading, Lebanon and Mon Yough. Each chorus hosts the competition on a rotating basis. Rehearsals are held each Sunday at Sampsons MIlls Presbyterian Church at 1665 Lincoln Way in White Oak, PA 15131 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The Mon Yough Chorale was formerly known as the Mon Yough Community Singers. The Mon Yough Chorale has a long history in the Mon Valley. The organization started as The McKeesport Choraliers in 1962 merging with the White Oak Community Singers in 2001 becoming the Mon Yough Community Singers.
