Members of the Southwest Children’s Chorus range in age from 7 to 14. The Chorus is a musical performance and education program for children and youth, emphasizing the development of musical skills and understanding. The mission of the organization is to provide quality music instruction with the goal of attaining the highest Level of artistic excelLence in choral music performance. Through its music activities, the choir helps to foster the personal and social growth of its members and promotes their sense of self-esteem, accomplishment and pride. The Tour Choir has performed across the world in over 35 states in addition to Austria, Canada, Germany, Hungary, Italy and Switzerland.
