Kikimasu (grades 4-6) offers a focus on thorough and excellent Music education, with singers learning about healthy vocal production, the body-voice connection, and vibrant performance presence, as well as ant emphasis on Musical literacy, Music theory, and sightsinging skills. As with all our ensembles, Kikimasu provides a secure and accepting social environment where all singers feel their importance as members of the group. Most importantly, Kikimasu has fun and creates exciting Music!
Kikimasu means “hear it” in Japanese; you can look forward to hearing the Music they make at every concert! less

We are based in Oxford and many of our younger singers have gone on to sing professionally in London. We sing a wide range of classical repertoire, from Gregorian Chant and Renaissance polyphony to contemporary works, many written by John Duggan. We have recorded two discs for the Gift of Music and give concerts in Oxford and London, as well as making regular trips to France and Italy.

rejoignaient les différents pupitres portaient désormais à leur actif des aptitudes vocales, Musicales et humaines. Le répertoire chanté a également évolué vers des chants plus sophistiqués avec des polyphonies et des arrangements plus complexes mais qui gardent élégance et légèreté.
Accompagnant cette évolution humaine et artistique marquant sa migration d’un chœur de jeunes à un chœur d’adultes, le Chœur des Jeunes de Casablanca a dû changer de dénomination et a adopté un nom autant fidèle à son identité qu’à sa nouvelle structure. Dès lors, le chœur des Jeunes de Casablanca devient « Chorale CASASAWT ».
