My original composition .If you want to have a music sheet of this song please visit our website raysantos.weebly.com. * Give to the Lord, you sons of God, give to the Lord glory and praise, give to the Lord the glory due his name; adore the Lord in holy attire. * The voice of the Lord is over the waters, the Lord, over vast waters. The voice of the Lord is mighty; the voice of the Lord is majestic. * The God of glory thunders, and in his temple all say, "Glory!" The Lord is enthroned above the flood; the Lord is enthroned as king forever.  less

The Lord bless you and keep you; The Lord make His face to shine upon you, To shine upon you and be gracious unto you The Lord lift up the light of His countenance upon you, And give you Peace, Amen.

Ely's traditional male choir is made up of 22 boy choristers and 6 Lay Clerks (gentleman singers). Services are sung daily, and the Choir is in constant demand for many extra concerts and recitals. We want to preserve this extraordinary tradition for future generations to enjoy. of course, maintaining this wonderful music tradition costs money - currently £350,000 a year. We are enormously grateful to all those who through their gifts help to ensure the continuing success of the C...    less

Lyrics (adapted from Psalm 116): German: “Liebe erfüllt mich, weil mein Gott die Stimme meines Flehens erhört hat. Kehre zurück, meine Seele, in deine Ruh: denn mein Gott hat dir wohlgethan. Liebe erfüllt mich. O Freude, O Wonne, Die Sonne! O Freude, das ich am Leben bin. Liebe erfüllt mich.” English translation: “I am filled with love, for my God has heard the voice of my supplication. Return, my soul, to your rest: for my God has made you well. I am filled with love. O Joy, O Bliss, the Sun! O Joy that I am alive. I am filled with love.” Background: In July 2019, I went to one of Julian Armour’s Music and Beyond concerts in Ottawa, where I first heard the Bennewitz Quartet play Beethoven’s stunningly beautif...    less
