This a-cappella 4-voice version uses three altos and one bass, a cappella. It explores a couple of alternative modes for the theme: Octatonic and Dorian. Singing of folia this old tune repeats all day and even in the new Octatonic mode we can sing folia all the day long in this five time and we sing it in Octatonic mode madness all is madness while we're singing of la folia and in five time and Octatonic mode can't leave off la folia it will drive me round the bend soon and I'll shortly change to some other mode Sing it in the Dorian sing it in the Dorian oh I love the Dorian it makes me dream on  less

All God's works do praise him, as the beautiful building praises the builder or the well-drawn picture praises the painter; but the saints bless him as the children of prudent tender parents rise up and call them blessed. Of all God's works, his saints, the workmanship of his grace, the first-fruits of his creatures, have most reason to bless him. - The Musikteers Ensemble Gh @HARMONIOUS CHORALE GHANA @The Symphonials - Ghana @The Sixteen @The Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square @The Gesualdo Six @VOCES8 @Hope Channel Ghana @ONE VOICE CHOIR GHANA @GH Choral Music @VocalEssence Chorale @VocalEssence @His Voice GH  less

The style of singing is more 'pop' than classical and the choice of music reflects this, with the repertoire including show-tunes, popular songs from the 1930s to today, as well as classic barbershop arrangements. There are strong links to musical theatre in that most songs are choreographed, and performing skills are a key element in making a song work. We rehearse every Tuesday, 6:30pm-9:00pm, in central London between Kings Cross and St Paul's. We are always on the look out for enthusiastic and talented women so if you're interested in joining, do drop a line to hello@londoncitysingers.co.uk for details.  less

A Hymn of praise first rendered at Hymnody 2019 and re-emphasized at Jubilate Deo '22. Hymn is found in the Seventh Day Adventist Hymnal as Hymn 4. A very popular and praise rendering piece. Hope you enjoy every tiny bit of it

Our aspiration is to take township choral singing to higher a level. We are also aiming at focusing more on choral projects and concerts than competitions so that our singers enjoy singing and get compensated for engaging in the choir. Choir members are taught Theory and History of music for free.
