This song features a Georgian yodeling style called krimanchuli. Corinne is playing a chonguri, a traditional Georgian instrument.
"Woman, Marikela Jashi! You are so beautiful! I will gather rose and violet for you, my Marta tsitsunia.
If you were not in this world, I would not be born. Girl, dressed in red, when you go and get married, what will I do?
Now I need your comfort. Smile and make me glad! Marikela Jashi, woman! You are so beautiful!" less

With current artistic and musical director Prof. Janet Sabas-Aracama, the UP Concert Chorus goes beyond the typical Choir performance style through choral art forms ... less
