The surprise event was organised in part to promote Didcot Choral Society's summer concert next Saturday 22 June, 8pm at St Peter's Church, Didcot, which includes a medley from Les Mis. On the Road of Life was the winner of the 5th IFCM International Choral Composition Competition and was the official anthem for World Choral Day in 2022 and 2023.
