Our choral projects include: inclusive community choirs for people with and without disabilities, choirs specifically for adults with intellectual disabilities, and choirs for older people, with a particular focus on those with dementia and memory loss. There are now a total of ten choirs operating in the Dublin area, with more planned for 2015! Additionally a palmful of groove and pinch of the best humor and – up on stage! Afterwards, simmer the audience at low heat for five minutes and finally – depending on the favored intensity – let it rise by 200 degrees for about half an hour up to 1, 5 hours. The result will satisfy every single taste and linger on for a very long time. A feast for both eyes and ears, looking for peers. This displays the recipe forming the basis of an evening with the str8voices from Hanover. Immense a cappella- energy out of 8 young throats, interpreting songs such as “run run run” by the Real Group in a quite own and individual way. Apart from that, str8voices’ wide repertoire consists of own songs and arrangements. All eight singers were skilled in a classical way, educating themselves in Swing and Jazz by attending several workshops and masterclasses (with Kirby Shaw, Bob Stoloff...    less

And, with no auditions and no need to be able to read music, there are no excuses! popchoir is fun, relaxed and surprisingly cool (that po-faced image of a choir couldn't be further from the truth). We sing brilliant songs, with fabulous arrangements and have a great time. Come and see for yourself!!
