Member of the Barbershop Harmony Society since 1960. Mainly a show-oriented group, we also enter district competition once a year. Our mission: Singing and sharing barbershop harmony for enjoyment and good will.

Individual song parts recorded by the choristers using their own equipment following lead videos made by our Director, Pierre. Pierre then put together the video using Final Cut Pro. A message from the Director: "Christmas 2020 is the first in our 43-year history where we haven’t been able to stage live Concerts, but that doesn’t mean we can’t still sing. The river Shannon is named for the Goddess Sionna, whose myth tells how she sought out the hazelnuts of wisdom, believed to contain éigse, the spirit of inspiration and creativity. Since their inception in 2012, Sionna have been privileged to share the stage with some of the best names in Irish music today.  less
