Musica is an un-auditioned, community choir. We sing everything from Schubert to Gospel. We love to challenge ourselves and try new things. We come together every week because we LOVE to make music together and we love the way Singing makes us feel :)

The choir sings an eclectic mix of pop classics, show songs, spirituals and contemporary pieces. We love what we do and we also love to use our Singing to contribute to the community of Southend by performing regularly within the town and by raising money for local charities. We have represented Southend further afield with performances at Dublin's Guinness Storehouse and Union Chapel, London.

We perform a wide range of music throughout the year and we're committed to contributing to the cultural life of our area. There is no need to audition, just to love Singing!
