MBS is an active mens chorus and during our shows we like to combine quality and pleasure while performing. Our show should not only be a joy to your ears but it should also be a joy to your eyes ! That’s why we are rehearsing very hard every thursday night.

Very much (but not exclusively) in The barbershop stlye. Even though we have only been going a few months, our numbers have been increasing weekly as more and more people are seduced by The magical sound of ringing chords. We aim to be a serious performing chorus in due course. We have had a very successful 2012 and hope for even better in 2013 where we have a whole host of exciting things planned. Stay tuned! The Choir has held concerts in many cities of Greece and abroad, and made a special appearance in Cuba, where it performed a concert in The CaThedral of St. Francis of Assisi, in Havana, invited by The Cuban Ministry of Culture. The two concerts with The popular oratorio "AXION ESTI" of Mikis Theodorakis at Thessaloniki Palais des Sports and The "CARMINA BURANA" at Thessaloniki Concert Hall, performed in collaboration with Thessaloniki’s State Symphony Orchestra (under The Cultural Olympiad), are The Choir’s most important moments until now.
