All performances are from memory, delivering carefully-structured, semi-choreographed programmes. Repertoire encompasses jazz, show tunes and folk songs as well as Opera and The classical repertoire. Members include fellows and alumnae Of Lucy Cavendish College, Cambridge, as well as singers drawn from The wider community.

They were also declared world Champions in two Of The categories after achieving The highest number Of points in These two categories. The choir’s musical director, Elaine Chan, is an acclaimed composer and a musical Theatre icon in Singapore. She has played a prominent role in guiding The choir in singing its eclectic repertoire Of pop, Broadway numbers, classical choral, and even African chants and gypsy wedding songs. nůmama has its beginnings as a moTher and baby group in 2009, and has since grown into a choir for all women.
