FilCoro is the professional arm of the Wellington Filipino Community Choir and is managed by Exceptional Communications. FilCoro is short for Filipino Coro (Spanish for Chorus). The name reflects the choir's mixed ethnic heritage.

Factum Arte Choir was formed in 2009, mostly by students trained in the Kodaly method of music instruction taught by her musical director and professor Katalin Hajnoczy, degree in music education, direction and piano by the Music Academy Ferenz Liszt (Hun...  moreFactum Arte Choir was formed in 2009, mostly by students trained in the Kodaly method of music instruction taught by her musical director and professor Katalin Hajnoczy, degree in music education, direction and piano by the Music Academy Ferenz Liszt (Hungary), and with a long career devoted to education in various places and educational institutions of Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa. Very high unpretentious music, the choir was created to provide coverage to the need to sing and further training of a group of friends singing around the figure of his teacher. The time spent on the trials is very low in comparison to a standard chorus but over the years has drawn new members, has taken on challenges in terms of repertoire, has been federated, offers concerts by the municipalities of Biscay, and share their work in exchanges with other choirs in and out of Euskadi. Since the beginning of his career have enjoyed the cooperation of Garbiñe Abendaño as a teacher of vocal technique.  less

Domenico Savio" was born in 1999 with the desire to build through music, experience of collaboration and sharing. Over the years the interest in polyphony, the study of the repertoire and the vocal approach has grown. The group has joined the A.R.S. cori (Regional Association of Choirs of Sicily) and consequently to FENIARCO (National Association of choirs) with the involvement in all the regional and national demonstrations promoted by the aforementioned organism: exhibitions, concerts and gatherings for choirs.
