Maeran are Dominic Ward and Steve Wilson. They met at Liverpool University and have been writing, recording and performing ever since. They originally performed covers of Simon-Garfunkel songs, but soon began producing their own original blend of folk/folk rock music combining unique melodies, captivating vocal and instrumental arrangements and powerful poignant lyrics that challenge people to listen to what they have to say.
I'm glad, I am very grateful for you, Marean! less

She was tempted by the possibility to go beyond the limits given by the repertoire of a children’s choir and to discover new choral literature with the now adult singers. From the very first moment of the foundation of “Cantilena” until today, Elisabeth Ziegler guides and supports the plans of the enthusiastic young women by sharing her extensive musical expertise. It was her lifelong passion for choral music that was planted into the singers’ hearts back in ... less
