We do not belong to any particular geographical area or church denomination. In over 25 years, nearly 400 people from all backgrounds have sung with us - often for the first time in an English Cathedral. The number continues to grow year by year. Martin Hall, our founder, became 'Director Emeritus' in Autumn 2006 and Matthew O' Donovan took over the post of Director in his stead. Because of the way we meet, we don't require formal auditions in advance, but new singers are expected to be excellent sight readers and to have a good choral tone.  less

The Choir rehearses weekly during school term time, and performs three or four concerts per year. The Choir normally performs unaccompanied, with programmes mixing sacred and secular Music drawn from all historical periods and spanning many different styles. Recent programmes have included works by Britten, Whitacre, Lauridsen, Byrd, Tallis, Palestrina, Finzi, Rutter, and many others.  less

We are an unusual Choir singing Afro Cuban Songs accompanied by traditional Afro Cuban Percussion. We come from all over the globe, we are aged between 17 and 67, and share the fact that we all live in London and love this traditon
